These better-for-you BBQ chicken kabobs have an island vibe going on. Think OJ, fresh pineapple and peppers. Now all you need is a drink with an umbrella.

I chopped all the food when I brought it home, saved lots of time when I was ready to cook it for dinner.

My family loved it! My husband wanted more for the next night. Can't wait to make again. My picky daughter even ate the veggies. Yum Yum!

My husband said these were sweet, AND he liked them even though he doesn't normally like sweet meat for dinner. I thought the kabobs were fun and tasty.

Doubling the sticks is the best idea ever! They're so much easier to cook.

We made this camping over July 4th holiday. I did a double batch, and there was nothing left! It was delicious.

Loved this recipe! I wanted to make it again in just a matter of days. It was great with veggies on the grill. And my kids (1 & 3) loved the mix of fruit with the chicken.

I thought this was a great recipe. I substituted pork instead of chicken. Next time, I would use mushrooms and a little less pineapple. I made this for four adults and two children under two. The kids did not eat it; but the adults DID! I served this with a pound cake dessert, and caesar salad.
