Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs recipe
These better-for-you BBQ chicken kabobs have an island vibe going on. Think OJ, fresh pineapple and peppers. Now all you need is a drink with an umbrella.

Very flavorful! Goes great with rice cooked in coconut milk.

These were good, but I had trouble grilling them. Even wrapped in foil the ends burned and fell off! Making it difficult to turn. I might try them on metal instead of wood skewers. I added onion for extra flavor, but the bbq/oj sauce is very subtle as one reviewer also mentioned.

Very refreshing for a grilled item. The bbq was very light obviously due to the orange juice concentrate. Just a nice combination!

Good, but very basic. Maybe it would seem more exotic with mango instead of pineapple or something like that.

We made these and served them at our most recent cook-out. People are still raving about them!! I'm almost embarrased to tell them how easy they are to make, as they now think we are superb chefs! :)

My husband loved this recipe. We will add mushrooms and onion next time. We bought fresh pineapple and it was fun to make.

Very tasty! The sweetness of the BBQ pineapple blends nicely with the sweetened BBQ peppers. The sauce tastes great when basted over all of this, especially the chicken!

I made this and used a honey bbq sauce and it was great. The kids loved it. I think I might try a little onion on some the next time. really good I can't wait to make it again.
