We use the dill substitute and served it with asparagus and a salad. It was delicious.

I made this salmon dish on Valentine's Day for my husband and he loved it. He even commented on how elegant this dish was. I will definitely make this again, whether it's for a romantic night with my husband or for dinner with friends. Added bonus is that it is super fast and easy to make.

One of the best seafood dishes I have ever had! Try it at least once. I used sweet relish as a subsitute for the cilantro.

My husband and I love baked salmon, but this recipe wasn't the tastiest. I did use dried cilatro - maybe that was the issue.

I loved this recipe! The fish was very tasty and the sauce was fantastic! Actually, I can't wait to try the sauce on a baked potato or maybe on top of some refried black beans. I will most definitely be making this again.

Although the grilled salmon was excellent, I did not care for the sauce. Even with the seasoning and fresh cilantro, the taste of sour cream was too strong. In a nutshell, OK but not earth-shattering.

This so was so tasty with the salmon. WOW! I added extra cilantro and garlic for an extra kick. Yum. I marinated the salmon in some of the dressing for a couple of hours before I grilled it. This a keeper.

really enjoyed!! the sauce really compliments the salmon - & quick to fix.. i'm ALL about quick recipes! I pan fry instead of grilling. He LOVED it too! thanks

Grilled salmon is the best way to have this fish. And the sauce was great, too.

This could have been a whole lot better if I had used the dill instead of the cilantro. It was too over powering for the meal and called for way too much of it. If I were to make it again with the cilantro I would use half as much. But I will definately try it again sometime soon with the dill.
