I made this for a 4th of July party and it was a big hit! Everyone enjoyed it. I did use a different dressing which was Italian w/aged romano. Tasty and something a little different!

I made this for a large 4th of July gathering and everyone loved it, including me. I added sliced olives also. Refreshingly different.

I made this recipe for a family reunion and it was NOT VERY GOOD! I will never make it again!! I had more than half of what I took left over and the people who did serve it on their plates didnt really eat it!!!

I really liked this recipe and so did my family. If I make it again, I would add more dressing. I though it was a bit dry.

I substituted sun-dried tomatoes for fresh tomatoes--it added a great flavor! Also, I found the salad to be dry so I used 1/2 bottle of the salad dressing instead of the recommended amount and it was much better. I couldn't find mozzerella crumbles, but shredded mozzerella worked well. My husband loved it and asked me to make it again for a family gathering 2 days later!

Great- I have made this at least 2 times and love it each time. My boyfriend steals chunks of it out of my lunch, because he likes it so much.

My kids loved this recipe.... We love it. Makes a great meal in itself. Packs well in the cooler.

I made this for a Father's Day BBQ, and EVERYONE raved about this. It wasn't hard to make. I did have to substitute sharp cheddar crumbles instead of the mozzarella crumbles (couldn't find any at my local grocery store), but I think it still turned out great. I also added a lot more cheese then the recipe called for. YUM!! I am making it again for a 4th of July picnic.

Made this a couple of time, skip the crumbles, use the fancy shredded cheese. Also could not find 'good fresh' tomatoes so used canned diced ones, just as good.
