This was a hit at a pot-luck. I used whole grain penne which needs to cook a bit longer and used chunks of salami instead of sliced....it was great!

I made this for my husband to test it out before I took the finished version to a work function. The first time I used pepperoni and my husband said it was "good". I doctored it up a little for the work function and used the hard salame and added olives...it was a hit!

I could not find the italian crumbles, so i cut small cubes of mozzerella instead. I also got a thick slice of salami and cut that in small cubes also. I used mini bowtie instead of the penne. This was delicious!! I will be making this all summer!

I used less tomatoes and used pepperoni chunks instead of salami - the recipe makes a ton too!

I used a combo of salami and pepperoni and added some fresh mushrooms. Took it to a potluck at work and received many compliments. Very easy to make and very good also.

I love making this for my picky 5 year old. We do not eat beef or pork so it is quite the joy when he gets to eat turkey pepperoni! I use this instead of the salami, and because the salad dressing that is part of the recipe is non-existence I use the Kraft zesty Italian.

This was so easy to make and was a great hit when I made it for a party at work. It tastes great cold or heated up - even my husband loved it!
