I thought this recipe was great for summer, when I always feel like eating salads and cold foods. I couldn't find mozzarella crumbles, so I sliced string cheese, which is what I usually do for regular pasta salads. I'm not sure how this recipe would turn out served hot, because it seems like the cheese would melt when mixed with hot pasta?!?! But it is great served cold. The longer you refridgerate, the better it tastes.
