Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers

Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers recipe
Some burgers are all about the toppings. This cheeseburger celebrates what's on the inside: crisp bacon, melted cheese and creamy ranch dressing.

With no seasoning except the dressing, there was not much flavor in the meat! Got only a "grilled" taste from cooking on the bbq grill!

This recipe is scrumptious. I have also made a recipe similar by taking 1/2 sliced of ham and 1/2 slice kraft swiss cheese.

These burgers were great! I loved the idea of mixing the dressing in w/ the hamburger AND the bacon in the middle. On the flip side, I felt like they would have been just as good if you put the bacon and cheese on top.

I found that using the finely shredded cheddar cheese seemed to help keep the burgers together on the grill. Mu hubby added cheese slice on top once cooked, not me. I added onion flakes to the burger mix too. YUMMY - nice change.

Delicious! Melts in your mouth! Had a small problem w/burgers falling apart on the Foreman grill but they stayed in one place on the bun! Will definitely make again!

It wasn't really worth the effort. Would have tasted just as good putting the bacon and cheese on top of the burger.
