Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers

Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers recipe
Some burgers are all about the toppings. This one celebrates the inside: crisp bacon, melted cheese and mouthwatering juiciness, thanks to ranch dressing.

These burgers were very moist and delicious. Be careful when seasoning the ground beef. The bacon has all the salt you'll need.

I really like this and so did my husband. My daughter has made this twice and her little 4 year old loves this, The burgers are really juicy even if you just yuse the ranch dressing and not the bacon. I have been trying alot. Next is the Dream Pineapple Upside Down Cake.

These burgers are delicious. They do kind of fall apart on the George Foreman grill.

i would use the dry packet ranch seasoning in the meat next time since the burgers fell apart. but very good and i will make again.

Very good! I agree, they do fall apart kinda easy. I used the George Foreman too so maybe that was the problem. Gonna keep trying though! My 2 year old loved them!

My family really liked this. Next time I will not use my George Foreman grill as they tried to fall apart. Also, I will use dry Ranch drsg mix.

I made this for my husband, who really liked it, but I'm not sure I would make it again simply cuz it got kind of messy! I used my George Foreman & like others, it was kind of leaky. I used 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef mixed with 1 tbsp fat free ranch. I thought I'd sealed the 2 patties nice & tight, but if I make this again, I'm going to make sure the edges are bulletproof! But he loved the taste so I hope to get this right!
