Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers

Some burgers are all about the toppings. This one celebrates the inside: crisp bacon, melted cheese and mouthwatering juiciness, thanks to ranch dressing.

What You Need

lb. ground beef

Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing, divided

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

KRAFT Singles, cut into quarters

hamburger buns, toasted

lettuce leaves

tomatoes, cut into 4 slices each

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

MIX meat and 2 Tbsp. dressing; shape into 8 thin patties. Combine remaining dressing and bacon. Spoon onto centers of 4 patties; top with Singles quarters and remaining patties. Pinch edges together to seal.

GRILL 7 to 9 min. on each side or until burgers are done (160°F).

FILL buns with lettuce, burgers and tomatoes.

This is a wonderful alternative to just the plain ol ' cheeseburger. It is nice and juicy and an awesome taste, you wuld never think ranch in a cheeseburger, but you never know until you try it!

I made this for dinner, and my kids LOVED it!!!!! They went on and on about it and are begging for more. They were great burgers.

Everyone absolutely LOVED this recipe. I cooked the last side just a touch too long. I think I added a little bit more ranch as well, I didn't really measure it, just eyeballed it. I used normal american cheese that I sliced myself, not a fan of the singles. I should have put more cheese in the center of some of the burgers. Will definitely make this again!

This was a hit during our Memorial Weekend campout! Everyone who tried the burger raved over it. We've made them a couple of times since!

This was a hit at our dinner party! The ranch dressing adds a great taste to regular burgers. Will deffinitly make again!
