Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers

Some burgers are all about the toppings. This one celebrates the inside: crisp bacon, melted cheese and mouthwatering juiciness, thanks to ranch dressing.

What You Need

lb. ground beef

Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing, divided

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

KRAFT Singles, cut into quarters

hamburger buns, toasted

lettuce leaves

tomatoes, cut into 4 slices each

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

MIX meat and 2 Tbsp. dressing; shape into 8 thin patties. Combine remaining dressing and bacon. Spoon onto centers of 4 patties; top with Singles quarters and remaining patties. Pinch edges together to seal.

GRILL 7 to 9 min. on each side or until burgers are done (160°F).

FILL buns with lettuce, burgers and tomatoes.

really good! juicy like the other reviewers noted. We've made them twice and today we are going to try them with blue cheese!

These were great. Juicy and tasty even my picky eater loved them!!! I used powder ranch dressing mix and shredded cheese easier to mix in!!

this is a tasty and simple grillin' burger recipe. another reviewer mentioned how the little dab of ranch sauce made the burger juicier, and i totally agree. it was fabulous ! definitely will make again and recommend to others.
