Stuffed Fiesta Burgers

Stuffed Fiesta Burgers recipe
Dozens of reviewers agree: These burgers rock. With gooey cheese hidden inside and salsa and avocado on top, these turn any grill night into a party.

Too much taco seasoning for my liking. I'll cut the taco seasoning mix in half next time.

I used ground turkey and low fat cream cheese to make the recipe healthier. I also made this in a frying pan and it worked out great. One burger can really fill you up but be careful on how much stuffing you put in. Too much can make it quite rich.

These were delicious!!! make sure to pinch the patties together well, they start to fall apart when you bbq them : )

My husband and I love to make this recipe. It is easy to make and extremely yummy! I would definitely recommend it. Make sure you warm up your salsa for about 20 seconds in the microwave so that you don't cool down your burger too much.

These were wonderful!!! I used a 3 lb. ground beef roll divided it in half and made two batches with it...one to use right away, the other to freeze. All I can say is...yummy!!!

Me and my husband loved this. It was a huge hit. In fact, we made it last fall and lost the recipe magazine it came out of so I had to do a mad search on here for it so we could have it again cause it was so good! if you like mexican inspired tastes at all you have to try this...especially if you also love burgers.

My kids did not like these and my husband told me it can stay in the book. Was not a hit at all.
