Stuffed Fiesta Burgers recipe

Dozens of reviewers agree: These burgers rock. With gooey cheese hidden inside and salsa and avocado on top, these turn any grill night into a party.

These are great! I had trouble with the burgers falling apart but the second time I made them, I added an egg to the meat mixture and it solved the problem! I make them for cook outs with friends and always get rave reviews!

The cheese filling was great- we think we would have liked it better without the taco seasoning.

This burger had tons of flavor. We mashed the avocado instead of slicing it and it worked out very well! We will definitely have this again!

HUGE hit with the family! I was skeptical when I read the recipe but decided to give it a try... WOW! They were so delicious that my teenaged boys were upset that they weren't able to have more than one!

Our 12 1/2 year odl chose this as his recipe to make this month. He followed the recipe exactly and we got the best burgers! they were so good! I thought it would be weird with the chives and onion cream cheese, but they were so good! These will be on our menu again!!

I make these burgers all the time with ground turkey instead of beef. We use salsa and guacamole for toppings and definitely butter and broil the rolls so they are crunchy. My son-in-law said this is what he would choose for his last meal!! They are the oozy, cheesey best burgers ever!
