I haven't made this yet, but I plan too, and soon! I really like the Roasted Red Pepper Italian dressing. The first thought that comes to mind is, I would use feta instead of the mozzarella.

This was so easy! I think its missing something tho but I am not sure what it is. I would make it again. Maybe next time I will experiment a little.

This is one of the best salads I have ever had! I added a little balsamic vinager to the cherry tomatoes, cheese and basil mixture. It is very filling and took only 15 minutes!!!!
