I made it three times already. It literally disappeared for the 4th picnic. Get fresh, small potatoes and enjoy. I did boil my potatoes with Zatarains Shrimp and Crab boil. I use about 1 or 2 tablespoons while boiling. This simply brings out the flavor of the potatoes. It does not burn the mouth.

I make a salad very similar to this, but without eggs because my husband doesn't like eggs. I think we'll all love this one, by using ranch mixed with the miracle whip, and tossing in some crispy turkey bacon!

I made this Potato Salad for my in-laws on the 4th of July. Almost everyone had seconds and nobody guessed that it was a healthy recipe.

This is THE best potato salad I have ever eaten! I had boiled and drained red potatoes before, for potato salad, and after it was made, the potatoes gave off more drained water and made the potato salad a little on the watery side, so instead of boiling them, I microwave them and it works out great!

My dad's favorite side dish is potato salad and he just loved the Italian dressing taste to it! Thanks!

This is now my favorite potato salad recipe. Both my husband and I really like it .... a lot .... and it is so easy to make. Love to use the red potatoes because you don't have to peel them. I use whatever salad dressing I have open in the fridge at the moment along with the Miracle Whip. They all taste good! I also double the recipe because the single version is just not enough! Enjoy!
