Creamy Potato Salad Made Over

Absolutely one of the best potato salads I've ever made. I put celery in mine with fresh snipped chives. The add-in are limitless. pat

The Best potato salad I have ever made or tasted! I added chopped yellow pepper and sugar snap peas instead of celery and the egg. It was delicious and got rave reviews!

I doubled the potatoes, used red onions, and three pieces of bacon, cooked crisp, kept the rest of the recipe the same, other than used fat-free Zesty Italian dressing, the family loved it. Just the right amount of dressing.

Made this salad yesterday for a family cookout. The only addition I made was a few pieces of bacon crumbled throughout the salad. Everyone raved about it. I really liked that the dressing wasn't too heavy and didn't mask the other flavors going on. Really, really good.

I'm a Southern girl, raised in Alabama, and I'm used to the traditional potato salad, but after trying the creamy potato salad, I've got to say that my four kids did not say "Oh no" not potato salad". They actually was excited about the change in taste that it had. Now that Memorial Day is around the corner, the same old potato salad dish I usually bring, won't be missed. Thanks for putting a spark at my table.

Oops! I meant to say the regular zesty italian dressing, not the classic ceasar dressing!
