We found this recipe some years ago in a Kraft cook book. My daughter never liked my families potatoe salad so I thought I would try to find one she liked. She liked the texture of the red potatoes, and the Kraft mayo but the spicy mustard and the salad dressing was too tart. I traded the the mustard and dressing for sour cream, and added celery. It was an instant hit and everyone loves it, and I've passed the recipe out. Try it this way. Your kids will love it.

Good recipe, get mixed comments, people either love or hate it. I found the longer you cool it the better it is, I reccomend at least 4 hrs in fridge.

I made this salad for a large picnic and it went over very well. Everyone "raved" about how good it was and wanted more!

This was absolutely fabulous. If I had known how easy making potato salad could be, I wouldn't have waited so long to make it myself. I sprinkled real bacon bits on top and mmm mmm good.

It was very good! The Italian dressing adds a different twist to it and I think that is what makes it so good. I will definitly make it again! My husband and Mother-in-law loved it. Actually, I had to give the recipe to my Mother-in-law!
