Wow! Everyone says I'm in charge of the potato salad. I have made this easy, tasty recipe twice in the last 10 days! Hardly any prep work and so few ingredients. Who would have thought Kraft Italian dressing in potato salad? It's a keeper!

I overcooked the potatoes (let the water boil and then put the potatoes in for 16 minutes, too long!). But the flavor was still there. I will try it again , but I'll watch the potatoes a little closer after 10 minutes.

My husband is a potato salad fanatic - but I never make it at home because it takes so much time and I've never been a huge fan. Store-bought salad is so unhealthy, I never bought it either. But this salad was a huge hit!! Husband loved it, I liked the taste, the recipe was simple, and it's not even bad for you! I did add in a couple extra eggs, and will probably try it with pickles next time.

This was great! I did not have Italian dressing, I had sun-dried tomatoe and I thought it turned out great. Will make again.

Great recipe! I am always looking for a healthier version on my families favorites and I will definately make this one again. I didn't have the dijon, but I just used regular. I think I may try adding pickles next time, but either way the recipe is great as is!
