I have made this recipe several times as it is delicious. It is cold, refreshing and has just the right taste and texture. I half the recipe as it is only my husband and me - and for when my daughter visits....... It halfs wonderfully and it is also a way for me to control not eating so much........ yummmy.............

I made this recipe and took it to a gathering. Everyone loved it and was asking who brought it, as they wanted the recipe. It is quick, and easy and a real winner!!!

I used vanilla wafers instead of graham cracker. It is the best dessert receipe I have made in a long time.

I dipped the banana slices in the the drained pineapple juice to keep them from turning brown and served it without the pecans. It was a hit at my husband's work party.

I made most of this recipe, but I really don't like Banana's alot. So I added toasted coconut. Everybody loved it.
