this very summery dessert was a hit with everyone--my coworkers, friends, and family. even my father who doesn't eat dessert loved it. the medley of flavors is amazing and it is so light and refreshing.

I used sugar free/ fat free versions of the pudding and cool whip, and everyone gobbled it up! No one knew it was a 'healthy' recipe! It was easy and tasted wonderful.

After making this recipe for a family get-together, I was informed that I would be expected to bring it for every future get-together! Unbeknownst to them, I used "light" everything and it turned out great!!! I do not recommend using the foil-lining, but everything else is perfect!

I made this for a gathering at work and everyone loved it and talked about how light it was. I also made it at home and my children loved it also. I am making it tonight for my husband to take to his fire meeting tomorrow night and I am sure they will love it too!!

We ate this wonderful dessert at a friend's house last night and my husband asked me to find the recipe and make it for him. It is THE dessert if you are a banana lover! Sweet and creamy and cold! Yummy!!

I must confess, I "borrowed" my daughter's copy of Kraft Food and Family last month and have made this recipe 3 times. My family loves this. I did use the sugar free pudding instead of the regular.
