Made this for a Fathers Day BBQ. Loved by everyone. I used Sugar Free Pudding and Lite whipped topping. Hard to believe that such a wonderful dessert wasnt high in sugar.

This tasted incredible, but it did not have a cake-like consistency at all. It wouldn't stand on its own. It ended up having the consisting of a very thick pudding. This ws because my pudding layer came out extremely runny. To fix it in the future, I plan on only using a cup or a cup and a half of milk. We still gobbled it up though because it was that amazing!

Everyone when crazy over this even with using the sugar free and lower fat versions of the ingredients. Skipped the extra bananas on top and just drizzle with chocolate syrup, the nuts, an a few cherries-- it looked as great as it tasted!
