It was easy to make and very good! After taking to our cottage for a long weekend, it was gone after a day and a half. If you are taking it somewhere, make sure that you have a pan with sturdy handles 'cause this dessert is really heavy. I would not make it if you needed it to last a few days, however, because the bananas turn brown and start getting oozy after a day.
