What You Need

lb. ground beef

2-1/2

cups milk

1/4

cup ketchup

Tbsp. yellow mustard

Tbsp. onion powder

pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner

1/4

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

cup chopped tomatoes (about 1 large)

1/4

cup sliced green onions

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet.

ADD milk, ketchup, mustard and onion powder; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in Shell Pasta; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10 min. or until pasta is tender.

STIR in Cheese Sauce and sour cream until well blended. Add tomatoes and onions; mix well.

This is one of our favorite meals!! My whole family loves it!! We make it often.

Make sure you read the whole recipe first! I stupidly boiled the pasta separate, and had to put a new box into the skillet! Very good dish!

The first time I made this I was sure my husband wouldn't like it, I was wrong. He actually has wanted me to make it again. Even my one and a half year old daughter likes it too. This is very good and quick.

My kids loved this recipe. My 4 year old loves it and he's a very picky eater. I added chopped onions and a little bit more ketchup. would make it again
