This is my family's new favorite coleslaw. It has a lighter texture, and the blue cheese crumbles really make it stand out. Wonderful!
If your a blue cheese lover -- you will LOVE this recipe! :) I prefer lite house blue cheese dressing -- its sold in the refrigerated section & available in low fat as well. I would like to try this recipe with the lite house blue cheese vinaigrette dressing too! If you make for a group - double it!
Something this easy is so good. I used a little extra dressing; also used precooked bacon which made this even easier. Went well with grilled Carne Asada.
This is delicious! A nice change from traditional coleslaw. We're having it with our Thanksgiving dinner.
I can understand bacon with blue cheese and I can understand blue cheese with cole slaw mix, but bacon with cole slaw just seemed odd and made the dish cost more. I can understand the red pepper for the color and texture, but I would be more inclined to add some shredded red cabbage, red onions, and/or radishes if that didn't offer enough red, maybe a sprinkle of paprika.
This was excellent! I made it for a picnic and everyone loved it - especially the guys! I tried it because my family loves blue cheese - and this did not disappoint! I made another batch the next day because the picnic batch disappeared so quickly I hardly had a chance to taste it!
This was amazing! If you love blue cheese, this is for you! Even my 2 year old ate every bite! Yummy!

This is fabulous! I have made it for a Memorial Day family gathering and several other times. My husband wants it at least once a week. So good and easy. I will probably never make cole slaw with normal slaw dressing again. This is the best.
This dish was so good and I can't wait to make it again!
