I LOVE this potato salad! The fresh dill adds such a wonderful flavor to it... Add a little fresh garlic for extra flavor. Simple yet delicious!!

I really liked this! I used fat free mayo and it still tasted great. I loved the dill because it gives it a fresh taste. It was also very easy to make and used everything I already had on hand.

I started to make this, but got sidetracked and overcooked the potatoes. So, I made "mashed potatoes". I just added a little butter, and it was great!

Instead of mayo, use a 16 oz. bottle of Ranch dressing. Much better & always a hit!

I make this and added some ranch power and it wasn't anything worth talking about. Then I added mustard and it tasted like normal potato salad.
