I live in Mexico and we had some native Mexicans over for dinner. I fixed this thinking that they would be more comfortable eating Mexican food. They loved it! It is really spicy, so have a bottle of BBQ sauce on the table for those who don't like it as spicy. It helps tame the spice. I also made the Twice Baked Potato Makeover from Kraft Foods. It was a great match and they really enjoyed it.

This is the ONLY way I season my steak! I only eat red meat once every two months or so, but when I do I use this rub. I also have used it on chicken and it is just as good!

This dish was very quick and easy. Our family really enjoyed it. I added a few grape tomatoes for a little variety. We will definitely have this dish again!!!

i made this with steak and also cut it incorrectly, so from then on i have made this with pork tenderloin or chops cut into strips and pan-fried. very quick, cheap and easy. if i'm really lazy i use a peppers and onions frozen veggie bag.

The flavor was very tasty. I cut my steak the wrong way but other than that it was delicious.
