This recipe is great! I made a few changes thought! I added some cayenne pepper and applesauce to the recipe, then removed the barbeque sauce altogether. Then wrapped the pork in bacon, slow cooked it on the grill with hickory chips!!!!!!!!!!!! Yummy.

I make this dish often, the flavors of the marinade and the barbecue sauce works wonderfully together. Very easy to prepare, the kids and hubby really enjoyed it

This smelled wonderful, and looked great. Great way to cook pork on the grill, it came out very tender and the sauce was good. My husband and I thought that the citrus was a little overwhelming. I might exclude the peel from the marinade if I did it again.

This was easy to make. I had to improvise a little. Due to not having certain items handy.

Tasty, but it does have a longer-than-stated grill time to get to the right temperature for pork, so plan for longer and have a meat thermometer on hand.
