This was very easy to make and DELICIOUS. I used 1 cup of mild and 1 cup of hot enchilada sauce. I will definitely be making this again.

Very good!My family ate the whole pan full. The only thing I did different was fry the corn tortillas, and used regular velveeta instead of spicy. It was yummy!

fry the corn tortillas instead of microwaving them, they were a little to dry.

I love Mexican and this was an easy way to have at home when the mood strikes. The kids (usually very pickey) asked for seconds and leftovers the next night. A real winner.

The only thing I did different than the recipe calls for is put cheese slices inside as well, for a very cheesy tasty enchilada. I have e-mailed several people this recipe already and just made it today for the first time!

Instead of rolling the tortillas I just layered them and made a casserole. was unable to find the cheese, so I used mexican velveeta cheese and it was very good also.

Made for supper last night, added additional medium taco sauce to enchilada sauce to spice it up. It is very fillling, was wonderful, just like the mexican restaurants. Definitely try if you like enchiladas. 4 star

I usually make chicken enchiladas but when I tried this recipe...I loved them. I added chili powder and chipotle powder to the meat, and added canned chipotle chiles to the enchilada sauce. Gave it a more smokey flavor!

Very good, quick and easy. I used block Pepper Jack cheese instead of Velveeta and it was very good. This isn't terribly spicy, but it still has enough bite to make it good.
