We have made this several times. My husband despises most things that resemble "healthy" (aka veggies) so the last time I made this I shredded the zucchini and he ate it... and did not even know he was eating it ;). Also I froze it for when we had our baby, it froze great. It is a tad watery when you freeze it but it doesn't effect the taste!

Very Good recipe! easy and fast to make, plus yummy. A really good recipe for a weeknight. I follow the recipe except that I didn't have zucchini on hand, so I add carrots. My husband is not a fan of casseroles, but with this one, he went for seconds. Awesome recipe, defenitely make this again.

Very good - a comfort food for sure. I had to double it, but didn't double the sausage. I also added onion to the sausage while cooking. Next time I would not double the velveeta. I was really rich.

I made the recipe exactly and it was really good. Even my hubby liked it and he isn't in Ito casseroles or anything mixed together.
