This was awesome! I used half ground beef and half hot sausage because we don't like Italian sausage. I also used the 2% Velveeta. Great family dinner that I will definitely add to my rotation.

Made this for my son and husband. Everyone loved it. Had leftovers and took them to work. What a big hit. Will make again.

I would make this recipe again but only to tweek it a bit to my tastes. I wasn't digging the red bell pepper taste, so I'll omit that next time and try a different sauce. I used the Trader Joes brand and I'm not sure if I liked it.

My family loved this!! Quick, easy, and something everyone ate. I did add mushrooms to it and used whole grain pasta. Next time I will use some onion in it. Very tasty!!!

This recipe was wonderful! I added in some squash I had on hand in addition to the zucchini, as well as reducing the amount of Velveeta. My boyfriend thought I had made an intricate roasted red pepper sauce and was floored when I told him it was Velveeta and pizza sauce.

This recipe was very good. My family and I personally like cheese so the taste was just fine. I would say if you don't like a lot of cheese flavor, add less Velveeta. Wonderful recipe and will make again.

I have to say I did alter this slightly. I used ground beef, I don't care for It. sausage. I added onions to the zucchini and pepper step for added veggies and I used 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauces. I was out of pizza sauce. My husband said it is the best thing I have ever made.

This recipe would have been good if there was no velveeta cheese. If I do make this again, I would use mozzarella cheese, or no cheese. All you could taste was the very strong taste of velveeta. It totally overpowered all the other flavors.
