Too much Velveeta cheese, will try a different cheese next time. Not as big of a hit with the kids as I had hoped...

Pretty good. I am not a big fan of italian sausage so I will try it again with some other protein. My husband wasn't excited to try it when he found out there was Velveeta, but he LOVED it!

I made this for my husband, 2 of his buddies, myself, and our 2 year old. I ended up having to make something else for me and my son becuase the guys ate it all! That means its a keeper! I did make a change and used the full 15oz can of pizza sauce and I only used 2 of the zuccini but the little bite I got was yummy!

This was a very good, fast and easy dish to make. I dont normally like zucchini but mixed with all the flavors it adds another great texture to the dish! My whole family enjoyed it, I also topped it w/mozzarella cheese instead of parmesan because I have picky eaters.
