This is absolutely wonderful. I serve it with the salisbury steak dish also found on Kraft's site and it is very good!

Excellent - quick and easy

Very good- I added 2 Tbsp. of artifical butter flavoring to the mix and a little seasoned salt along with regular salt and pepper. All I had on hand at the time was 2% mexican cheese mix and it was excellent.

Very Good, didn't even notice the cauliflower in the potatoes. Great way to hide some extra vegetables.

My entire family loved these potatoes. I would definitely make them again!

This was really good. My husband hates cauliflower - so I took a risk making this, but he loved it! The sour cream did a great job at making these really creamy.

No one really did guess that cauliflower was one of the ingredients!! Great way to get my veggie-phobic family to eat a power veggie!

Forgot to add that I stuck it in the oven on 350 for a few minutes. Made it even better!

The perks are that this recipe is incredibly easy to make. The downfall, as previously stated, is that it comes out a bit bland. I added some butter, buttermilk, and milk to make them more creamy. I still had to use quite a bit of salt & pepper for any flavor at all. I also agree that this yields a bit less servings than one would think, so up the # of potatoes you use! However, I'll definitely keep making this/toying with it until it's perfect.
