Another one of my family's favorites. Is excellent with the County Salisbary Steak. So easy to prepare.

I enjoyed them very much and I'm not a big potato-lover. My husband does not like cauliflower, but he really didn't taste it. He tasted a difference, but couldn't say what it was. Once I told him it was cauliflower he decided he won't eat them. I will make them again though because they were great and only 3 points on weight watchers.

I was suspicious of the cauliflower but you cant even tell and it was wonderful. I used regular sour cream because I dont do light but it was stuill more healthful than regular mashed potatoes. Very good!

I added garlic, parsley, and a little bit of butter. These were really good, even my husband enjoyed them! You can still taste the cauliflower but it's not overwhelming by any means. These are a great mix between healthy and classic favorites!

We made it without cauliflower, and it was a little dry. we will try it again and add some butter with it. It was still very good!

This recipe was very good. I used peeled russet potatoes and frozen cauliflower (cheaper than fresh) and it turned out great.

Needs more flavor, pretty bland. Will use again, because it was so easy, but maybe modify to make it more flavorful!

I only had 1 container of sour cream that I had planned on making onion dip with. On the onion soup package there is a recipe to make potatoes, so after reading the comments about the flavor being bland, I decided to make the dip and use it in place of the sour cream. I didn't tell my husband (hates cauliflower) that I was making this dish, however he came in the house as it was cooking. His comment was "I'm not eating any of that!" As he was helping himself to seconds he was telling me how very good it was! (the onion soup did give it a good flavor-not too much) I'll definitely make this again-and try adding a bit more cauliflower next time!
