This was very bland to me and my husband. I also added 2 tbsp of milk to the potatoes to make them creamier. Plus tons of salt and pepper and a little butter too. Just not enough flavor for us. May make it again with a different twist.

A great way to get picky eaters to eat cauliflower.

It was tasty. However, the cheese made the potatoes stringy. But it still tasted amazing.

Found my new mashed potatoes! This was great! Made it for Christmas and no one had a clue that cauliflower was in it! Would add some butter next time, but other than that these were perfect :) And so much healthier than regular russet potatoes.

My whole family loved this dish, even my Dad who is not a big fan of cauliflower. I had to double the recipe and I added salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder as well as some butter and milk. I have found that most of the dishes I find on this site are good, but almost all are bland and need to have extra spices added to punch up the flavor. If you just keep that in mind when you make recipe off this site everything will turn out better.

We all enjoyed this. I actually used a whole package of frozen cauliflower with a pound and a half of red potatoes. I also increased the cheese and sour cream accordingly. This dish needed a little salt added, but the flavors of the potatoes and cauliflower balanced nicely. The cauliflower kept the potatoes from getting too thick.
