The perks are that this recipe is incredibly easy to make. The downfall, as previously stated, is that it comes out a bit bland. I added some butter, buttermilk, and milk to make them more creamy. I still had to use quite a bit of salt & pepper for any flavor at all.
I also agree that this yields a bit less servings than one would think, so up the # of potatoes you use!
However, I'll definitely keep making this/toying with it until it's perfect.
