I made this recipe--in fact I made two as I brought them to my Cribbage game--we have a group that plays once a week at a club. They all thought it was great--the cinnamon-lemon flavor was perfect. Thanks for the recipes--I'm always looking for new things to bake---Gloria

The butter mixture was dry??? When I layered the apples on this mixture and turned the heat down to med/low to cook for 8 minutes, the mixture did not have any moisture to cook????? I had to scoop out the apples and some of the mixture and put them in a pie plate and used a pie crust on top and baked it as a pie anyway. Not sure what I did wrong? Please let me know. I will try this again???

So easy, so good. The lemon/cinnamon flavor was just right. Thanks, Kraft Ladies.

I made the pie last night and was very good. My husband said that we could have it any time. After the comments I used 1/2 the jello and added a little sugar. Perfect.

A bit too much lemon for me. The tart was pretty but if I made it again I would leave out the lemon jello or put in just a tablespoon and not the whole package.

This is a new favorite, but I don't bother with the crust anymore. Just the apples with the mixture are great on their own. My kids love it!

I made this for Thanksgiving Dinner and my family loved it. My mom and sister thought it was a easy way to make an apple pie. Very good.
