This simple rice dish doesn't require any fussy methods or fancy ingredients, but the result tastes like the creamiest Italian restaurant risotto. You will love it.

WOW!!! I decided to make this recipe for it's simplicity and was amazed! I thought it would turn out too ranchy-but it didn't! This is DEFINATLY going in my cookbook to make again!!

There was not enough liquid for the amount of rice the recipe called for. The flavor was wonderful, but the next time I make it I will add more liquid.

This was a good twist to spice up bland white rice. Will definitely make this a regular side dish.

Fast and easy recipe. Used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth and substituted a can of diced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, basil and olive oil for the plum tomato. My one year old even liked it! Will definitely make again.

Good overall. Good texture. Needs a little something extra to give it more flavor.

This was good. It tasted like a pizza. We added chicken to it ... and it was really good. We also used the diced tomatoes that had garlic, basil and oregeno with them. It was really good.

So simple, yet so good. I added peas to make it more colorful and give it a little something extra.

This made a great side dish with baked chicken. Everyone loved it, I did add a little more parmesan cheese because my family loves cheese!! I will surely make this again in the future!!
