Cheesy Rice 'n Tomatoes

This was a very easy and tasty recipe. I had all the ingredients on hand. Great alternative to just plain old rice

I made this recipe with the tomatoes. Next time I will use the variation suggestion and make it with peas. I did not like the tomatoes, but the cheese rice taste excellent. I don't keep minute rice on hand, so I made the rice in my rice cooker with the bouillion cube sprinkled over the rice, then added the cheese when the rice was done cooking. I will make this again.

I loved this recipe. I thought it would be more time consuming but it was very easy and tasted great! I definitely plan to make it again.

I cooked it a little longer than it said to because when it was "done" it seemed way to soupy. My husband and I really liked this, but my kids were luke warm to it.

the rice was to thick and rich, wouldn't make this again...

Needed a little more flavor. I would add some pepper and garlic next time. But it was a nice side dish.

Nice change for a side dish instead of just plain old rice. Easy and flavorful.

I thought this rice turned out really good. I liked the flavor and my 2 year old daughter and husband liked it also.
