I made this recipe with the tomatoes. Next time I will use the variation suggestion and make it with peas. I did not like the tomatoes, but the cheese rice taste excellent. I don't keep minute rice on hand, so I made the rice in my rice cooker with the bouillion cube sprinkled over the rice, then added the cheese when the rice was done cooking. I will make this again.
