I used ceasar dressing instead of the italian and mozzarella instead of shredded parmesean. It was a hit with the whole crowd. Easy to adapt to what is on hand.

This has got to be one of my favorite side dishes. It's so easy to make and goes without almost any dish. I definitely recommend this recipe.

Made this last night to go along with tilapia. I used canned diced tomatoes instead ( always on hand). Very tasty. Boyfried said it was excellent. A nice change and usually alwasy have ingredients on hand. Will defianately make again.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this. I used canned tomatoes instead and added green onion and salt while boiling. Common ingredients, easy to make, quick. Had a nice taste. I'd even make a double batch next time, seems like it would be good leftover too.

I added some cayenne pepper to the dressing at the beginning. It added a lot of flavor and my family loved this! I will definately use this often.

My fiancee and I did not like this recipe...it just didn't have enough flavor. maybe if chicken or something was added to it, it would seem better....
