lb. large (about 10) shrimp, peeled, cleaned

Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

small clove garlic, minced

Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

RITZ Crackers, crushed

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place shrimp and 2 Tbsp. of the dressing in resealable plastic bag; refrigerate 10 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, mix remaining 1 Tbsp. dressing and the remaining ingredients in small bowl until blended.

REMOVE shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Partially split each shrimp lengthwise by making a long cut along the underside of each shrimp, being careful to not cut all of the way through the shrimp. Open shrimp slightly and place, cut sides up, in shallow baking dish. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. of the stuffing mixture on top of each shrimp.

BAKE 7 to 8 min. or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Marinate and stuff the shrimp ahead, but do not bake. Cover and refrigerate up to 10 hours. When ready to serve, bake as directed, uncovered, for a delicious quick dinner.

I drizzled a little melted butter over the shrimp before I put them in the over. It was delicious! Also a time saver, I used frozen pre-cooked shrimp and let them defrost under cold water. It was less time in the oven then.

This was pretty good. I also made it as a casserole type dish, as I only had the smaller shrimps. But it tasted pretty good!

I Made these as an appetizer, and Fabu-lo-so! I didn't have fresh parsley so I used 1/2 dry parsley and 1/2 fresh Cilantro! I was also able to stuff the little shrimp that I had (i didn't have the same size as the recipe)

Delicious & easy! I doubled this recipe since I had a 1 lb. bag of extra jumbo shrimp. I also added 1 finely chopped stick of artificial crab meat to the stuffing (about 1/8 of a cup). My family really enjoyed it.
