Really enjoyed this recipe. Wanted to do something different with my shrimp and was glad that I found this website.
Excellent taste ... My wife and I really liked this recipe . Will make again ,but this time it will be for guest ..So Enjoy !!!
Wonderful recipe! I made this for Valentines day dinner. It was a wonderful success! This tastes better than what you get at the resturants!
This was even good reheated.
I guess i used smaller shrimp than the recipe called for, I used medium. So instead of stuffing, I packed it on top. Not as pretty but tasted the same. i used extra cheese :p
This was very easy to make! My husband just loved it, and called it a keeper! I did put in a little less garlic than the recipe called for, we thought it was great tasting!! We will be having this again, and again!!!
A great and Easy Appetizer to make. I butterfly cut the shrimp, so the shrimp looks larger and put a dollap size of stuffing on top. It browned nicely. i didn't have parsley or parmesean cheese, so i substitued w/ cilantro and mozzarella. just as yummy. i am having a party for 20 next week. plan to make it again. Another thing, get the kids involved by having them crush the crackers in a ziploc bag, while you cut the shrimp and get the other ingredients ready. This is a fast, easy, and delicious appetizer.
I made this with the baked bruschetta chicken and my husband loved it! Peeling the shrimp and cleaning was easy. Instead of using the crackers I used bead crumbs.
Yummy! Kids loved it too. I put the stuffing ingredients in my mini cuisinart for even easier prep. Making them again today for party appetizers!
I used scallops instead of shirmp because I had them on hand. I just used the stuffing mixture as a topping and baked them in the oven. We loved them. Next time I will use shrimp, and I am sure they will be just as impressive. This is a simple recipe that makes the cook look really good.
