Surprise everyone with this smart and simple restaurant fake-out. The veggies cook with the chicken breasts and lend flavor to the creamy sauce.

Today will be the 3rd time I'm making this's just awsome. My 2 year old and husband eat it and I have a very picky 2 year old!! Very tasty and easy to prepare. Thanks for the delicious recipe...will make for years to come!
This recipe was actually loved by my husband. Who seldom likes things that are different. It has a wonderful taste and the chicken is so soft and moist.
This was very good. I have only made it once, but I plan on putting into my "rotation". The cream cheese and broth make a great tasting sauce.
My husband pretty much hates everything that is good for him, and he liked this quite a bit. I did use reg. brown rice and cooked it in a rice cooker, and added some garlic salt to it. I also used boneless skinless chicken breasts, as has been previously suggested.
My husband and I really enjoyed the chicken. I will probably put this in a normal rotation for dinner.
It was so easy...I made it with the creamy sauce and just used a wee bit more of the dressing and it was still husband loved it...
This was AH-mazing!! We all loved it! Even my 6yr old went back for seconds! Definitely a keeper!!
This was great. It took me a good hour in the kitchen though - I am slow. I also made green beans. The gravy/sauce was amazing. I could taste the cream cheese. (If you don't like cream cheese don't add as much. I didn't use all of the broth either.) Additionally, I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts. My husband LOVED it and ate the leftovers, which he never does.
We did not enjoy this at all. We didn't like the flavor of the cream cheese paired with chicken, the whole dish was overwhelmed by cream cheese. I did like the method of cooking though, so maybe next time I want to try something like this I'll forget the cream cheese and do a can of 98% ff cream of chicken soup or something like that. Sorry Kraft, not one of you bests.
I've made this meal several times already and the recipe really is great! The sauce has a very unique flavor and definitely does make the meal. Everything else is just icing on the cake. Great for kids and adults.
