I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and doubled the amounts so it took a little longer to cook. I will certainly make this again.

excellent, made in no time, did not use carrots but used mushrooms instead and would have use snow peas or pea pods, nice and creamy

Easy to make, however I had to cook a lot longer due to carrots. I also added a few fresh mushrooms towards the end & cooked the rice in chicken broth. It was fabulous.

I made this meal for my wife and myself, and found it to be delicious. I really appreciated the reduced fat part of the recipe. Its great to find a meal so savory that you don't have to feel guilty about eating.

My family loved this quick and eay meal. I changed part of the recipe. I served this penne pasta and used some dill in the sause and topped the whole dish with parmasean cheese. My husband wanted to know when we were going to have it again.

I made this recipe for dinner last and night and it was very good. I was really surprised about cooking the chicken in Italian dressing, but it turned out wonderful. My husband really loved it. The only thing I will do different the next time I make it is to use canned carrots (to cut down on the cooking time) and double the sauce, it was so yummy! Thanks Kraft!
