The flavor was very good but a little to dry,but I used 97/3 ground beef. next time I will use 94/7 ground beef and I'm sure it will be perfect.I used turkey flavored stuffing mix instead of chicken. I also made mushroom gravy instead of the bbq sauce.

I have made this recipe several times, and I love that it's a fairly quick way to please my picky family.

I have also made this recipe many times. The first time I made it with the BBQ sauce. After that I made it with a beef gravy which is also low in fat. We liked it better with a gravey, great comfort food. I shared this recipe with others, they really liked it also.

I have made this many times - a real comfort food! I did make some changes. I left out the barbecue sauce and cut the dressing in half. I used my family's favorite pre-packaged gravy mix and poured it over the patties for the last 10 minutes of cooking. It was a big hit!

I was not a fan of the BBQ sauce. If I make this again I will add brown gravy and let it bake longer.

We love this salisbury steak but I do make a few changes. Instead of using Barbecue sauce I use beef gravy from a jar which my family seems to like better. I also increase the cooking time by about 15 minutes. Very delicious!!
