I made this recipe the other night and since we had leftovers because it was for just 2 of us I froze the remaining steaks with the food saver and I can't wait to have the rest of them. This is a very very tasty recipe. Great job!!!

This would also be excellent with mushroon gravy.

I made this per the recipe, except I added basil to the meat, and played around a bit with the sauce. I added basil to the sauce, along with minced garlic. I also used more barbecue sauce and a bit more water to balance it out. I topped it off with shredded parmesan cheese. I thought it was perfectly cooked at 25 minutes (I was worried about it being pink in the middle, and it wasn't), but looking at other reviews I might add less stuffing next time and cook it a bit longer. That's what I like about this recipe, it has a lot of room to customize it. It was even better as leftovers.

I did not make the sauce but this was good none the less. I even made extra and froze them for later use.

A new staple meal in our family. My husband actually wanted left overs for lunch the next day.

Very good, I substituted cornbread stuffing for the chicken though. Definately will make again!

Yes, definitely not enough sauce as written. Will try with half the stuffing mix, as it was a little to bready for us. But still a good recipe.

I made this tonight for my family, and my husband who can be a little picky, really liked it, and said the recipe is a keeper. I really liked it also. It was easy to make and very tasty. You can also change a few things easily to make it fit your families' taste.
