Very good, I substituted cornbread stuffing for the chicken though. Definately will make again!

Yes, definitely not enough sauce as written. Will try with half the stuffing mix, as it was a little to bready for us. But still a good recipe.

I made this tonight for my family, and my husband who can be a little picky, really liked it, and said the recipe is a keeper. I really liked it also. It was easy to make and very tasty. You can also change a few things easily to make it fit your families' taste.

Excellent recipe. My family really enjoyed. I did add a little bit more meat and more sauce. Will make again for sure.

Wonderful!! I did make a few adjuments to the recipe. I took and used only about half the stuffing mix in the meat and cooked it for 20 min on each side to get it nice and brown. I used frozen mushrooms and doubled the sauce also. Served along with Cheddar Smashed Potatoes off this site and green beans. Will be serving this meal time and time again! Still low fat doing it this way! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

i made this for my family for dinner last night and served it with buttered noodles. We really liked this comfort dish! To lighten it up further, I used 94% fat free turkey breast in place of the ground beef. Also because my young children arent giant onion fans, I only used a 1/4 cup onions while adding a 1/4 cup each of finely diced carrots and celery that I microwaved first to make them soft. This recipe was flavorful and delicious, all four of us liked it and i will definitely make it again.

Excellent, but we found the ratio of meat to stuffing a bit off (needs less stuffing), and the amount of sauce/gravy could have been doubled. Served it with the cheesy smashed potatoes, along with cold tomato quarters. Very easy, quick dinner.

This recipe was another great, easy and cheap dinner for the family, served it with the cheesy mashed potatoes and there was no leftovers.

I substitued brown gravy, with a small amount of red wine, for the barbeque sauce. It was wonderful!

It was so easy and delicious!! My husband is a meat lover so he loved it too. I did add less stove top stuffing mix in order to get more meat flavor and it was wonderful. The sauce was the best!!! I'll definitively do it again.... soon!!
