I agree,brown gravy is a better choice. The family liked it.

Next time I will not use the BBQ sauce. I will use brown gravy. I did not care for this at all, because of the BBQ.

This is a keeper in the house. The only change I would make is to maybe add a little salt/pepper.

Meat was very dry and had little taste. My family complained about this one so I won't make it again.

Was very good. I found that it actually was easier to put the sauce over the steaks during the last 5 minutes or so of the cooking time. It made them even more delicious! I also used 2 4oz cans of already presliced mushrooms instead of fresh. Works just as well!!

Sounds like a recipe I must try. I like the idea of using ground beef for a lower cost supper, as opposed to cutlets. I like using beef cutlets, but I'll try this.
