Okay, I did change a few things. I had some enchilada sauce on hand, so after browning the meat, I added about 1/2 c. to the meat mixture. I didn't use the pre made taco seasoning, I just don't like the additives & extra sodium. I used some chili powder, cumin, and oregano & fresh garlic (that I sauteed wi the meat after a few minutes.) Then I put 1/2 the meat mixture in the baking dish, sprinkled with a mexican blend of cheese, topped with a whole flower tortilla, spread rest of meat on top of that with more cheese, then topped with another whole flour tortilla, spread some more enchilada sauce on that, not too much, but enough to cover, then topped wi more cheese, and some sliced black olives. After baking, I sprinkled the shredded lettuce and green onions over the top and a few dollops of sour cream. It was more like an enchilada than taco, but very, very good.
