This was SO GOOD, it really hit the spot and I wish I had extra so I could eat some more. I used fresh green beans and I coulda made more of those as well. SO YUMMY and so simple too.

Pretty quick and easy. I would cook frozen green beans longer than 20 mins. though.

This was absolutely DELICIOUS. I did not stuff the chops, rather set them on top of the stuffing and baked. Used apple cider instead of juice, and used balsamic vineagrette instead of the raspberry. I did not make the sauce. My fiance is the cook in my house; every once in a while I'll make dinner so that he can take a break. Most of my dinners are just "OK" in his book, however he told me that this one was so good he'd order it in a restaurant. I would have to agree. This is a GREAT recipe, even better in the autumn season!

This is one of our favorite meals. Thank you for the wonderful recipes. I collect your recipes in my file and cook from these often. My wife thinks I'm a genius when I serve some of these. Your desserts are great. Keep up the good work.

We didn't like the gray poupon on the porkchops. Horse raddish is not one of our favorites. I might try this agian, but use regular mustard instead.

This is such a simple recipe. The dijon mustard gives it kick, but there's plenty of room for experimenting with different spices, if you want!

This was dull.... just not a lot of flavor.

The pork chops were very juicy and had good flavor. I suggest cooking the raw chops for at least 30 minutes though.
