This was absolutely DELICIOUS. I did not stuff the chops, rather set them on top of the stuffing and baked. Used apple cider instead of juice, and used balsamic vineagrette instead of the raspberry. I did not make the sauce.
My fiance is the cook in my house; every once in a while I'll make dinner so that he can take a break. Most of my dinners are just "OK" in his book, however he told me that this one was so good he'd order it in a restaurant. I would have to agree. This is a GREAT recipe, even better in the autumn season!
