An absolutely delish meal. I used a non-bone pork chop - the green beans were delicious and the stuffing was nice and crisp...will definitely make this again!

My husband and I both really LOVE this recipe. I was alittle apprehensive about about making it in the beginning because of the dijon mustard and the miracle whip combo. But I tried it and we love it. I recommend this recipe to everyone I know. And if you don't have pork, chicken is a good substitute. But that's my opinion. Try it you'll love it.

I used boneless pork chops instead.

I was just looking for something different to put to the pork chops...loved the flavors but I added a little white wine to the pork chops and let it simmer... Delicious!

Not a keeper at all. The family did not like it. The green beans were good though. I found the pork chops to be tough and the sauce didn't have much flavor.

My family enjoyed this recipe and it was very easy to make! We will be making it again. My only complaint was that the stuffing got a little overcooked in places. With the stuffing on top, the pork chops took longer to cook. This caused the stuffing to get a little too crispy in places. The next time I make it I will keep the foil on for an extra 5 minutes.
