Thoroughly enjoyed! The mustard/mayo spread gave the pork chops an excellent taste, a little tangy, but good. I never would have thought to use mustard, glad I did.

I do not like mustard, but found the mixture to be a nice complement to the stuffing, as the taste is very subtle.

I'm not a fan of mustard, so I subsituted Lemon pepper marinade for the mayo-mustard and it turned out well.My husband liked them but wants to try the mayo-mustard so will do that.

The mustard glaze gave the pork chops an interesting taste, my husband thought it was pretty good. My daughter did not like that the stuffing was "crunchy" from being baked.

Another awesome addition to my cookbook!! My 2 boys (very finicky eaters)(both under 4) were asking me to make it the next day!! It was so simple to make. This will definately be a keeper!

This was delicious. I used brocolli instead of green beans and it was very good. I will make this often.

My family loved this recipe. I loved it because it is easy cook and easy clean-up. I have limited time some days. The chops and beans compliment each other well and the kids love it too especially the green beans. I cut calories where I could and it was still wonderful.
